We are also ranked among the top 100 bakeries in Brazil, according to the specialized magazine BakeTop. **Job Mission:** Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of production and dispatch areas, contributing to the bakery’s hygiene, safety, and operational organization. **Requirements:** **Main Activities:** * Prepare cleaning products as instructed (including dilutions) * Sweep, wash, and dry internal production area floors * Wash dishes and utensils used in production/baking * Clean glass surfaces, mirrors, restrooms, countertops, and sanitary fixtures * Restock hygiene consumables (toilet paper, towels, soap) * Properly separate and dispose of waste (organic, recyclable, glass) * Request cleaning supplies when necessary and ensure proper use of equipment * Report equipment damage or repair needs to leadership * Temporarily isolate areas for deep cleaning, as required * Perform other related tasks as directed by leadership **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Good personal appearance and hygiene * Physical capacity to perform tasks standing, handling cleaning products, and working under heat, humidity, or operational movement * Commitment to punctuality, assigned tasks, and autonomy to identify needs without constant supervision * Attention to detail, organization, and responsibility * Availability to work on a rotating 6x1 schedule (including weekends and holidays) **Desirable Qualifications (Preferred):** * Experience in cleaning food-handling or industrial environments * Proactivity in identifying workplace improvements **Compensation and Benefits:** * Base salary: R$ 1\.622,00 * Hazard pay allowance applied according to job nature * Transportation Voucher (VT) * Meal Voucher (R$ 25.00 per workday) * Health Insurance (after 90 days) * Dental Insurance (after 90 days) * Group Life Insurance * Corporate Basket (subject to internal rules) **Benefits:** Dental assistance, Basic food basket, Meal voucher, Transportation voucher
