





Description: * Responsible for attending to members directly or by phone, assisting them with agency processes (clarifying questions about their products and services, their account, cash services, registration updates, use of ATMs, among others), as well as offering and clarifying doubts about the products and services offered by the Institution, and also providing support to management in prospecting new members and negotiating products and services, aiming to contribute to results and achievement of established goals. Requirements: **Education:** Completed high school or pursuing a higher education degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. **Preferred:** CPA 10 or CPA 20 **Required:** CNH (National Driver's License) **Main responsibilities:** * Provide service to members. * Provide telephone support. * Contribute to results and achievement of established goals. * Assist in preparing commercial proposals for products and services. * Support maintaining member records. * Guide and expedite service to members. * Assist in supporting access and use of electronic channels. * Assist in resolving outstanding debts. * Formalize approved renegotiation proposals. **Required technical knowledge:** * Financial institutions, financial cooperatives; * Computer skills (Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); * Customer service skills; * Sales techniques; * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Regulations and procedures from BACEN; * Financial sector legislation, cooperatives; * Financial products and services; Benefits: No benefit specified
