Benefits management and public service We are seeking an **HR Administration Analyst** Department: HR Department **Responsibilities:** * Conduct termination procedures, including calculation of severance payments, analysis of job stability, verification of exit medical examinations, and scheduling of termination homologations; * Perform payroll liability calculations, accruals, and control of vacation acquisition/concession periods; * Carry out HR department routine tasks, including public service, document delivery, and document filing and archiving; * Execute company benefits-related routines, including enrollment and removal from benefit services; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity level. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Accounting, or related fields. * Experience in labor legislation and payroll calculations, e-Social, and FGTS Digital; * Preferred: Familiarity with the Senior system. **Are you interested?
