Promote continuous improvement in service productivity and quality through clear communication and technical leadership. Technical or higher education in maintenance-related or engineering fields. Proven experience in leading maintenance teams. Knowledge of contract management, operational indicators, and maintenance tools. Skills in communication, organization, and decision-making.
