LOCATION: JARDIM SOCIAL \| CURITIBA . REQUIREMENTS: Experience in customer service (reception or sales). Completed High School education. . RESPONSIBILITIES: In-person, telephone, and WhatsApp support to pet owners and pets; scheduling of consultations, examinations, surgeries, and procedures; data entry into the system; appointment confirmations; provision of cost information; billing and collection of procedure fees. . WORK HOURS: Monday to Friday, either from 07:00 to 15:36, from 10:00 to 18:36, or from 13:00 to 21:36. Two 12-hour shifts on Saturday or Sunday per month.
