Job Summary: A platform support and maintenance professional responsible for maintaining and developing TOTVS RM customizations and providing customer support. Key Highlights: 1. BSO support for TOTVS RM product line customizations 2. Development and maintenance of internal tool automation 3. Customer relationship management for deadline negotiation and scenario mapping **Description** Work in the **Support and Maintenance** sector, delivering **Platform** services including Business Software Outsourcing (BSO) support for TOTVS RM product line customizations. **Responsibilities and Duties** Maintain TOTVS RM product line customizations. Provide technical support for TOTVS RM product line customizations. Develop and maintain internal tool automation. Ensure version compatibility of customizations developed for the TOTVS RM product line. Implement evolutionary improvements to TOTVS RM product line customizations. Handle service requests via our service desk, adhering to agreed service level timelines and commitments. Remotely access systems and communicate with customers via telephone to analyze incidents, problems, and requests. Conduct functional and system testing on customizations. Prepare technical documentation and specifications. Perform customization assessments. Manage customer relationships for negotiating delivery deadlines of support requests. Participate in customer and internal meetings for scenario and requirement mapping. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Bachelor's degree completed in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Microsoft development certifications are a plus. Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming. Backend development experience and .NET / C# development experience. Database experience (SQL Server, Oracle). Knowledge and experience with Visual Studio Azure (Git and TFVC). Knowledge of REST APIs and Web Services. Proficiency in Angular, jQuery, JavaScript (JS/TypeScript), HTML5, and CSS3. Familiarity with the RM Line Customization Development Library – RM Lib – RM. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Focused, proactive, and creative thinker. Ability to prioritize tasks and handle urgent situations. Experience in DevOps environments. Basic knowledge of test automation.
