We are seeking a **Control Tower Supervisor (Tracking)** to work **on-site in Jandira/SP**. **Responsibilities** * Supervise Control Tower activities, ensuring continuous monitoring of vehicles and cargo; * Monitor routes, deadlines, pickup and delivery time windows; * Ensure recording and handling of operational incidents; * Coordinate and guide the tracking team, ensuring standardization and productivity; * Act as the focal point of communication among drivers, carriers, clients, and internal departments; * Monitor operational KPIs (SLA, OTIF, delivery performance); * Prepare operational and managerial reports; * Ensure proper use of TMS/WMS systems and tracking tools. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in **Tracking, Control Tower, or Logistics Operations**; * Experience supervising or leading operational teams; * Knowledge of **TMS, WMS**, and tracking systems; * Analytical ability, organization, and decision-making skills; * Strong communication skills and results orientation; * Availability to work shifts and rotating schedules, when required. * **Education** * **Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.** **Work Location** Jardim Alvorada – Jandira/SP **We Offer** * Market-competitive remuneration; * Competitive benefits; * A dynamic and structured work environment; * Opportunities for professional growth and development.
