




********************************VACANCY PAID IN JANUARY******************************** **Job Description:** Support the company’s indirect procurement activities, ensuring the acquisition of non-productive materials and services while meeting internal needs with quality, appropriate deadlines, and cost control. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct quotations and negotiations for indirect purchases (office supplies, PPE, MRO, services, maintenance, cleaning, third-party services, etc.) * Issue purchase orders and monitor the approval workflow * Monitor delivery deadlines and service provision timelines * Verify invoices, contracts, and purchase orders * Register, evaluate, and update suppliers * Control internal requests for indirect purchases * Support budgetary control and cost reduction initiatives * Organize and maintain departmental files and documents * Provide support to internal departments regarding indirect procurement requirements **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (higher education or technical degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields is desirable) * Experience or knowledge in indirect procurement * Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems **Desired Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Proactivity * Analytical ability * Teamwork Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.500,00 – R$2.501,00 per month Benefits: * Company mobile phone * Partnerships and commercial discounts * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
