**Description:** **Responsibilities and duties:** Support the plumber in performing services according to all procedures mentioned here, meeting quality standards; Ensure ANE quality standards, be courteous and act promptly and in good faith with customers; Assist in meeting start and end deadlines for services established by the Service Schedule; Act as a mechanism for disseminating and integrating company and customer practices, including ANE's best practices and conduct; Take care of tools, equipment, uniforms, vehicles, and field service execution; Always request supervisor support for any service performed on main roads or high-impact services; Drive company vehicle to carry out activities under your responsibility. Identify potential fraud committed by customers in water or sewer systems through reading and interpreting data collected by water meters; Cut off water supply to prevent losses and/or damage to the water or sewer system and preserve the company's image; Ensure preservation of records and knowledge by preparing incident reports; Guarantee accuracy of collected information through precise reading of residential and commercial water meters; Support customer payment compliance by timely delivery of bills and notifications; Address possible customer questions regarding supply and/or bills, improving customer understanding of company actions; Comply with quality and occupational safety procedures by participating in lectures and training, using PPE, properly handling materials, machines and equipment, among others; Perform other related tasks as requested and directed by leadership; All activities listed above apply to the following services: Network, branch line and curb stop maintenance, debris removal, curb stop/branch line shutoff, water reconnection at branch line/curb stop, meter verification, water connection, and activities related to water teams.
