If you're eager to grow and want to be the protagonist of your own story, come join Raízen! **To continue your application process, please apply for this position, update your information or create your account, fill out all your resume details and follow the next steps!** **Responsibilities and assignments** **WHAT YOUR DAY TO DAY WILL BE LIKE:** Attend theoretical training at the designated institution; Receive guidance from the work team to learn and support activities within the assigned area, such as: ❑ Assist the team with administrative routines in the assigned area; ❑ Digitize documents and send them to responsible parties; ❑ Perform and maintain control and organization of digital and/or physical files; ❑ Provide telephone and/or in-person customer service to clients, suppliers, employees, among others; ❑ Receive and send emails and maintain schedule controls; ❑ Receive and verify invoices, bills, payment slips and/or other documents; ❑ Control the entry and exit of materials and/or equipment; ❑ Register data and information into spreadsheets and management systems; ❑ Assist in preparing reports and/or presentations; ❑ Comply with company SSMA (Safety, Health and Environment) regulations; and ❑ Perform other related tasks. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** Age: between 18 years old and 21 years and 11 months; High school or technical education, currently enrolled or completed; Availability for a 4-hour daily work schedule and activities up to 2 years; ️ Lots of energy to learn! **Position for candidates residing in** Ourinhos/SP.
