Area Challenges: * Establish testing processes and methodologies from scratch * Define quality metrics and KPIs for continuous monitoring * Create a scalable and sustainable test automation strategy * Integrate QA practices with existing TDD processes * Ensure quality across multiple technologies * Collaborate with the product team to define acceptance criteria Responsibilities: * Design and execute manual and automated test plans * Develop and document QA processes * Participate in agile ceremonies and planning sessions * Conduct risk and impact analysis of changes * Perform functional, integration, and regression testing * Report bugs and track fixes clearly and in detail * Create and maintain test documentation * Collaborate with development teams to prevent defects * Monitor application performance * Work closely with Product Owners (PO) and UX designers from feature conception * Prepare test activity status reports * Analyze and validate requirements contained in user stories Required Qualifications: * 4+ years of experience in QA * Experience with test automation * SQL knowledge for database testing (PostgreSQL) * Proficiency in REST API testing (Postman, RestAssured) * Experience in mobile application testing * Excellent communication and teamwork skills * Strong organizational and structured documentation skills Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with Flutter application testing * Experience with Ruby on Rails application testing * Knowledge of Docker and cloud computing * Familiarity with DevOps practices * Startup experience * Experience with CI/CD and test pipelines Benefits: * Market-competitive salary * 100% remote work model * Dynamic and collaborative work environment * Professional development opportunities Our Culture: * High performance and passion for what you do: At VIK, we believe in always striving for excellence and working with dedication.
