**About the role**

**Key responsibilities**

A professional responsible for performing electromechanical maintenance activities on industrial equipment, ensuring machine and facility reliability, availability, and operational safety. Will carry out preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance routines, with emphasis on failure analysis, continuous improvement, and efficient response to operational demands.
Responsibilities
Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on machines, equipment, and industrial systems.
Carry out preventive, corrective, and predictive inspections according to maintenance plans.
Conduct diagnostics of electrical, mechanical, and automation failures.
Read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams.
Contribute to improvements in asset reliability, availability, and performance.
Comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
**Qualifications and skills**

Technical Requirements
Education: Technical degree in Electrotechnology, Electronics, Electromechanics, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
Mandatory knowledge: Industrial electrical maintenance
Industrial mechanical maintenance
Motors, electrical panels, inverters, sensors, electrical control systems
Basic mechanics: alignment, bearings, lubrication, gearboxes, pumps
Reading and interpretation of technical diagrams and manuals
Desirable knowledge:
Fundamentals of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley, or similar)
Knowledge of industrial networks and instrumentation
Experience in maintenance of rotating and static equipment
