Everyone is welcome!** **\#VemSerEuro \#SomosEurofarma \#GrupoEurofarma** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Review the main day-to-day activities for this position:** * Plan, assign, and supervise cleaning, organization, and sanitization activities across facilities, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Supervise team leaders and cleaning assistants, fostering technical and behavioral development while ensuring correct execution of operational procedures; * Monitor adherence to cleaning and sanitization schedules, adjusting resources based on area requirements and operational priorities; * Ensure proper use of equipment, personal protective equipment (PPE), and cleaning products, safeguarding employee safety and integrity of production environments; * Support and accompany internal and external audits—including ANVISA inspections and international certifications—providing evidence and technical information as needed; * Control and validate cleaning, sanitization, and waste disposal records, ensuring traceability and documentary compliance; * Serve as the liaison between the cleaning team and departments such as Production, Quality, Occupational Safety, and Facilities, aligning expectations and resolving operational needs; * Identify opportunities to improve cleaning and sanitization processes, proposing corrective and preventive actions; * Ensure proper segregation, identification, and disposal of waste generated in production areas, in accordance with environmental and sanitary regulations; * Promote a culture of quality, safety, and operational discipline among team members. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals who meet the following criteria:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in the cleaning field; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * SAP knowledge is a plus. **LOCATION: Varginha - MG** --------------------------- **Additional Information** **At Eurofarma, we value and support our people throughout their entire journey!
