Register and send your resume! **Responsibilities and duties** Assist the unit's nurse in overall supervision of the unit when requested; Assist the nurse in planning nursing care; Receive and hand over shifts; Work in the Post-Anesthesia Recovery Room (PARR) and operating room; Provide comprehensive patient care according to the established care plan; Receive and admit patients to the unit; Read and carry out medical and nursing prescriptions; Record observations, incidents, and nursing care provided in the patient's medical record; Administer medication according to medical prescription; Prepare and transfer patients to other departments, as well as assist in collecting tests; Support the medical team in necessary procedures; Perform inventory control of individual patient supplies and medications, requesting them when necessary; Clean sector materials and equipment; Report patient discharges, transfers, and deaths to relevant departments and organize medical records upon patient discharge; Forward requests for laboratory and diagnostic tests, surgery notifications, etc.; Attend physicians and family members, providing information within the scope of your responsibilities; Inform the nurse of any and all incidents occurring in the unit; Comply with institutional policies, standards, and protocols; read reports and notices, and stay informed about patients' clinical progress and condition; Keep the patient's medical record updated and organized; Release patients from post-anesthesia recovery (PARR) after medical authorization, transferring them back to their original bed or as directed by the unit nurse; Accompany the medical team during patient transfers from the Emergency Room to the ICU or for removal, whenever necessary and/or upon request from the unit nurse; Provide care related to hygiene, comfort, feeding, mobilization, vital signs, dressings, catheterizations, enemas, fluid balance, etc.; Deliver nursing care ensuring patient safety. **Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory:** Completed Technical Nursing Course Active COREN registration Experience in Surgical Center **Additional information** **Working hours:** 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM (12x36 shift schedule) **Unit:** Hospital Imesa - Alfenas  **What we offer?** Meal allowance; Meals on site; Transportation allowance; Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Pharmacy partnership; Life insurance; Childcare assistance; Totalpass; Corporate University; Interclube (discount program); **THE LARGEST SUPPLEMENTARY HEALTH SYSTEM IN BRAZIL!** For over 50 years, we have been delivering the best to fulfill our mission of providing integrated, high-quality health care accessible to generations of Brazilians.
