Daily Responsibilities: * Full support throughout recruitment and selection processes * Resume screening and candidate outreach * Scheduling and conducting interviews * Supporting job posting dissemination and candidate profile alignment * Updating internal tracking systems and providing feedback to candidates * Direct collaboration with the team to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables Requirements: * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, attending night classes, from the 5th semester onward * Strong communication skills, organization, and agility * Ability to handle a high volume of concurrent processes * Prior experience in R\&S is considered a plus **Work Model:** Remote Work **Working Hours:** 6 hours per day **Internship Stipend:** R$ 1\.200,00 Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 12 months Payment: R$1\.200,00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote work for Belo Horizonte, MG
