The Engineering team's mission is to seek new technologies, plan the telecommunications network, and drive technological expansion of our products and network. The Customer Services team ensures speed and quality in repair, installation, and maintenance of B2B and B2C customer lines across fixed, mobile, and TV networks. Then join us! **Responsibilities and duties** * **Telecommunications Networks** * IP, MPLS, fiber optic, and radio network structures * Communication protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, etc.) * Network topologies and routing and switching concepts. * **B2B Equipment** * Modems, routers, switches, firewalls, ONTs, OLTs. * IP telephony systems (VoIP), PABX, gateways. * Data transmission and reception equipment. * **Configuration and Activation** * Service provisioning (internet, voice, data). * Connectivity and performance testing. * Technical fault diagnosis and resolution. **Requirements and qualifications** Completed Technical Course; Knowledge of telecommunications networks; Experience in corporate B2B customer installations and activations; Valid driver's license (category B). **Additional information** At Vivo, we spare no effort in supporting and valuing our employees.
