Job Description \-You will be responsible for operating the supervisory and control systems of the filtration plant by monitoring and activating machines and/or equipment, ensuring continuity of the production process within quality and safety standards. **Below are the main responsibilities:** * Analyze the production process by monitoring operational parameters and taking on-site actions to correct identified deviations. * Interface with beneficiation plants, slurry pipelines, and FERROPORT, promoting integration and identifying necessary information to ensure continuity of the production process and shipping. * Monitor alarms and trends from the supervisory system, defining actions and decisions to avoid impacts on production while ensuring quality, deadlines, and safety. * Use radio communication to command operational maneuvers, providing clear directions for actions to be executed. * Complete shift reports, recording all relevant information to maintain accurate historical records for control, follow-up, and decision-making. * Analyze operational indicators to prevent operational impacts and product non-conformities. * Participate in production control planning and machine/equipment operation, providing guidance and suggestions to improve the production process. * Provide technical support to operators and supervisors, guiding them on procedures and assisting in decision-making. * Participate in operational failure and incident analysis committees, collecting data to identify root causes and proposing solutions or containment actions. * Contribute to the development of technical and operational procedures to standardize actions in accordance with Anglo American’s policies and standards regarding HSE, Quality, Environment, and others. **Qualifications \-The profile we are looking for in this position:** * Technical education in Mining or Metallurgy or related fields. * Active professional registration. * Availability to work on a 4x4 shift schedule. * Knowledge of Microsoft Office and MES systems. * Experience with control rooms and production processes required. **Additional Information \-Why join our team?** We are a company committed to making our beliefs and values real.
