Bring your talent and commitment and join this team! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your main challenges are:** Providing public service, including analysis of issues related to Consumer Law; Guiding and supervising interns/students in drafting legal documents, client consultations, and practical activities; Supervising practical cases, clarifying legal and procedural questions; Providing pedagogical support to foster students’ technical and ethical development. To achieve these objectives, the lawyer must: * **Guide interns to adopt ethical conduct** in their interactions with assisted clients and within the broader social and legal context; * **Review documents drafted by students**, strictly for professional purposes; * **Participate in technical and professional training activities** scheduled by the NPJ Coordinator or other institutional bodies; * **Maintain attendance records jointly with the NPJ Coordinator**; * **Report students’ performance** in technical and professional training activities for faculty evaluation; * **Participate in technical visits** accompanied by students regularly enrolled in the NPJ; * **Ensure compliance with this Regulation.** **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek a professional with:** * Degree and specialization in Law; * Valid registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); * Minimum of 03 (three) years of legal experience; * Solid knowledge of Consumer Law; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Teaching profile, organized, with ease in academic and practical guidance; * Flexible availability of working hours. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience as an internship supervisor, instructor, or teaching assistant; * Experience in Legal Practice Centers or law-school clinics; * Proactive and committed profile focused on students’ practical training. **Additional Information** We believe in the excellence of our education and therefore value graduates from our institutions in our selection processes.
