Promote a quality culture at all organizational levels. **Requirements:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Administration or related fields) **Job Objective:** Provide technical support to quality management processes, contributing to the maintenance and continuous improvement of institutional standards, with a focus on patient safety, compliance, and service excellence. Monitor indicators, conduct internal audits, manage quality documents, analyze non-conformities, and support departments in implementing corrective and preventive actions. Assist in ensuring compliance with institutional policies, standards, and procedures, promoting a quality culture at all organizational levels. **Daily Responsibilities** Consolidation of diverse data: consolidate and update clinical and administrative performance data in institutional systems and spreadsheets, Power BI Support to clinical and administrative departments: Provide guidance on quality policies and requirements, promoting standardization and compliance. Quality document control: Update and organize manuals, procedures, forms, and records **Weekly Responsibilities** Participation in operational meetings: Topics aimed at strengthening the quality culture **Biweekly Responsibilities** Consolidation of diverse data: Data related to patient experience **Monthly Responsibilities** Consolidation of diverse data: Consolidation of monthly indicators, ensuring automatic BI updates and compilation of pending items by department **Bimonthly Responsibilities:** Conduct internal audits across units and develop the action plan scope for identified non-conformities.
