Asphalt Laboratory Technician

Description

Job Summary: A professional to participate in product development, conduct asphalt mixture testing, analyze aggregates, and ensure product quality, working in laboratory and quality control. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in the development of new products and mixtures 2. Conduct tests on asphalt mixtures and test specimens 3. Ensure quality and release finished products **Main Responsibilities:** * Participate in new product and mixture development together with engineers * Define, analyze, and evaluate aggregates (rock materials) * Ensure timely asphalt mixture proportioning * Verify granulometric composition * Mold test specimens of bituminous mixtures * Perform tests on bituminous mixture test specimens according to national and international standards * Maintain equipment, glassware, and laboratory organized and clean * Assist in laboratory tasks * Receive and catalog incoming samples * Record test results from industrial and laboratory batches in the system * Issue Quality Certificates * Release finished products for loading Requirements: * Prior experience in this role * Availability to work in Araucária * Technical education preferred Minimum Education: Technical Course Driver's License: B
