Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for maintenance and cleaning of planting areas, assist in soil preparation, perform planting and basic crop management, control inputs, and monitor plants. Plant monitoring and input control **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** To be informed during the interview **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Perform maintenance and cleaning of planting areas to ensure an organized and safe environment. * Assist in soil preparation using manual and mechanical agricultural tools. * Carry out planting and basic crop management according to technical guidance. * Control storage and organization of agricultural inputs and equipment. * Monitor plant conditions and report possible pests or diseases to the technical team. * Collaborate in irrigation and fertilization following established procedures. **Requirements:** * Experience in manual labor; * Ability to work in a team; * Good interpersonal relationship with colleagues; * Demonstrated sense of ownership. * * Note: Resident of Campos de Júlio with willingness to relocate.
