Description: Prerequisites and Qualifications: * High school diploma preferred. * CNH - B driver's license. * Prior operational experience with equipment in underground mining will be a differentiating factor. * Willingness to reside in the interior of Mato Grosso - MT. * Availability to work on rotating shifts. Responsibilities and Duties: * Operate the motor grader for road maintenance and grading in underground mines and surface areas. * Perform leveling, road profiling, lowering, and finishing of roads to ensure optimal driving conditions for heavy equipment. * Correct ground imperfections such as uneven surfaces, potholes, puddles, and loose material using a conventional loader when necessary. * Perform maintenance tasks including opening and maintaining drainage ditches and channels. * Follow operational safety procedures, especially in environments with heavy machine traffic. * Maintain equipment in good condition by conducting checklists and completing daily equipment reports, documenting any incidents. * Strictly comply with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations according to company policy. * Contribute to productivity and operational continuity by maintaining effective communication with shift teams and supervision. * Support other operational activities in the underground mine. * Comply with all procedures and requirements related to the assigned tasks. * Perform other duties of similar nature under the direction of the immediate supervisor. 2512070202191909503
