As a Sales Technical Consultant, you will be an essential part of our purpose: delivering solutions to rural producers with proximity, trust, and results.

**Responsibilities and duties**
* Work directly with rural producers in the region, offering technical and commercial solutions aligned with each customer’s specific needs;
* Conduct technical field visits for crop monitoring, problem diagnosis, and guidance on crop management;
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty;
* Develop consultative sales strategies for agricultural inputs (seeds, fertilizers, crop protection products, etc.);
* Monitor portfolio performance indicators, sales targets, and customer satisfaction;
* Bridge field insights with internal teams, contributing to continuous improvement of our service delivery;
* Participate in field days, technical events, and training sessions organized by Sinova and its partners.
**Requirements and qualifications** **What we expect from you:**
* Completed or ongoing degree in Agronomy or related fields;
* Technical knowledge in crop management, nutrition, protection, and productivity;
* Commercial experience is a significant advantage;
* Valid Class B driver’s license and availability for travel and on-site customer support;
* Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, sense of ownership, and desire to grow with us.
