Job Summary: This apprenticeship program offers the opportunity to assist in various operational activities and customer service at a branch. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service orientation 2. Proactiveness **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. **Level:** Apprentice Program **Employment Type:** Temporary employee Assist with ATM services; Assist in welcoming members at the branch entrance via the revolving door; Assist with ticket issuance and direct customers to appropriate service points; Assist with document organization and archiving; Assist with opening and closing of cash bags; Assist with branch organization for events and commemorative dates, among other activities. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in studies (elementary, high school, or higher education); Availability to work during the morning shift; Computer literacy, **customer service orientation, proactiveness, and teamwork enthusiasm.** **Benefits:** Seniority bonus, Internal benefits, Birthday leave, Life insurance, Corporate University, Meal voucher
