Job Summary: Motormac Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, diagnose failures, and provide technical customer support. Guiding users on optimizing equipment performance We are looking for a Maintenance Technician I to join our team at **Motormac Group**! Requirements: * Completed high school and/or a technical course in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related fields; * Experience maintaining yellow-line, green-line, and/or highway-line equipment; * Technical ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance; * Behavioral requirements: Attention to detail, commitment, teamwork, proactivity, and initiative. Responsibilities: * Providing technical customer support. * Diagnosing failures in machines, engines, and equipment. * Performing services specified in the Service Order (OS). * Completing technical documentation related to services provided to customers. * Maintaining custody of tools assigned for job activities. * Performing on-call technical support shifts according to scheduled work hours. * Performing maintenance on equipment to keep them in optimal working condition. * Carrying out duties in compliance with technical, quality, safety, and environmental preservation standards and procedures. * Guiding users on equipment operating conditions and usage to optimize equipment performance and prevent breakdowns or malfunctions. * Keeping the department and equipment clean, safe, and organized. * Preparing new equipment for delivery: Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI), performing revisions/inspections per equipment manufacturer guidelines.
