Job Summary: Manage and operate the entire grain process, ensuring excellence in management, grain quality, and optimization of technical efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Control grain quality and storage Perform activities professionally, aiming for excellence in process management, ensuring the quality of stored grains and optimizing the technical efficiency of operations. **Responsibilities and Duties** Lead and operate the entire grain receiving, storage, and dispatch process; Manage the grain department team and develop work shift schedules; Determine material flow (bin/pre-cleaning/dryer/silo) according to established technical parameters; Ensure equipment cleaning and lubrication, as well as facility cleaning and sanitization; Conduct grain sample collection in a technically sound and professional manner; Control quality of stored grains, including moisture content, impurities, and damaged kernels; Oversee daily activities in accordance with occupational safety regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical knowledge of physical characteristics and quality of grains; Technical knowledge of drying and storage of agricultural products. **Additional Information** Unimed Health Plan; Dental Plan; Education Assistance; Life Insurance; Annual Profit-Sharing Bonus (PLR).
