Salesperson Responsibilities: \*Provide consultative and humanized service, identifying customer needs and offering optical product solutions. \*Lead the sales process with a focus on conversion, increasing average transaction value, and selling private-label brands. \*Correctly execute sales procedures, measurements, order processing, eyewear delivery, and after-sales service. \*Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction, product adaptation, and encourage referrals. \*Maintain store organization, product restocking, and visual standards in accordance with brand guidelines. \*Continuously update knowledge of products, optical technologies, and internal training programs. \*Contribute to achieving individual and store performance targets. Requirements: \*Completed high school education. \*Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial roles or retail sales. \*Knowledge of the optical industry is a plus. \*Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite).
