Job Summary: Work on IT infrastructure monitoring, managing incidents and providing technical support to customers and internal departments. Key Highlights: 1. Diagnosis and correction of incidents in online transactions and batch processing. **MONITORING TECHNICIAN** **Job Description:** Responsibilities: Open incidents in the Service Desk / Remain constantly alert to irregular behaviors displayed by monitoring tools / Analyze and implement workaround solutions to resolve failures, maintaining a record of all actions taken in the incident ticket opened in the CONTRACTOR's Service Desk / Act as support to the Customer Service Center and the Customer Relationship area (SAC), responding to incidents escalated to the Monitoring team / Diagnose, correct, or escalate incidents detected in this environment—both in online transactions and batch processing—to the appropriate resolution teams. **Requirements:** Requirements: Computer networks and communication protocols; Operating systems: Windows, Linux, Android, and iOS; Computer virtualization environments; Microsoft networking and TCP/IP; ITIL Foundations – v2 certification or higher; Service Desk structure; Experience handling IT infrastructure and communications monitoring tools; Experience analyzing contextual service dashboards; Proven experience in support and/or help desk activities; Demonstrated knowledge of commercial transaction authorization processes within the Acquiring Network, covering all modules and routines relevant to executing assigned tasks, with documented experience **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma **Work Schedule:** Work Schedule: 44 hours per week. We have two positions for the shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM and one position for the shift from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (night shift allowance applies). **Benefits:** Salary: R$ 1\.750,00\.
