Job Summary: A professional to lead system implementation projects for large enterprise clients, mapping requirements, developing specifications, and managing deliveries. Key Highlights: 1. Contribute to internal process improvement and AI adoption. **W3K is one of Latin America’s leading players in promoting Paperless culture while simultaneously enhancing corporate governance for major enterprises.** **Since 2011, W3K has been present across multiple markets, supporting information governance and scalable business management.** **Your responsibilities here:** * Lead system implementation projects with large enterprise clients, serving as the technical and relationship focal point throughout the entire lifecycle: planning, configuration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), go\-live, and hypercare; * Conduct requirement-gathering meetings with clients, mapping document processes, workflows, and business rules specific to each operation; * Develop detailed technical specifications to guide platform configuration, ensuring accurate translation of client needs; * Manage project scope, timelines, and delivery quality, communicating assertively with both technical and business stakeholders; * Perform low\-code platform configurations when necessary; * Deliver training sessions for client key users and conduct UAT sessions; * Design and maintain customer-specific BI dashboards (Power BI); * Identify opportunities to improve implemented processes and propose solutions to clients; * Actively contribute to improving W3K’s internal processes, including adopting AI tools and agents for automation and efficiency gains within the team; * Document lessons learned and contribute to the company’s knowledge base; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience implementing systems (ERP, ECM, GED, BPM, or similar platforms), preferably in industrial contexts or capital projects. * Strong analytical ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into requirements and technical specifications; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; autonomy to lead meetings and negotiate with clients; * Project management skills — familiarity with agile and/or traditional methodologies (PMI, Scrum, Kanban); * Familiarity with databases (SQL), web APIs, and BI tools (Power BI); * Interest in and openness to using AI tools in daily work; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Management, International Business, or related fields; * Spanish and/or English proficiency are significant advantages, given the company’s international client profile; **Key Information You Should Know:** * **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho) * **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM; Friday until 5:00 PM; * **Location:** On\-site in São Leopoldo/RS — a close-knit, collaborative, and energetic team. **Benefits That Support You, Both Inside and Outside Work:** At W3K, we believe a great workplace starts with caring for people.
