We welcome people who enrich our team, regardless of nationality, race, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other differences. **Join us on this journey to provide food for the world!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for supervising and guiding workshop, boiler-making, and lubrication activities related to scheduled or unscheduled mechanical maintenance, aiming to maintain equipment and facilities in optimal operating condition, maximize operational availability and asset reliability, minimize costs, and ensure quality — all within safety and environmental standards; * Supervise and guide workshop, boiler-making, and lubrication activities for mechanical maintenance execution, including task assignment, priority setting, resolution of potential doubts, and technical and/or administrative guidance — with accountability for achieving results within their area of responsibility; * Participate in weekly planning meetings with operational and administrative departments to align work to be scheduled for the upcoming week, issue technical opinions, set priorities, and establish scheduled activities for the following week; * Guide execution of weekly scheduled tasks to ensure adherence to the pre-established and mutually agreed-upon schedule with production and administrative departments; * Identify requirements for materials and spare parts, informing immediate supervisor to initiate stock registration requests, requisition issuance, and delivery as needed for scheduling; * Plan and monitor ongoing services to minimize overtime, eliminate rework, reduce execution time, and ensure service safety and quality per defined standards; * Perform the daily "5S" program at the workplace and maintain equipment and tools under their responsibility using appropriate materials to keep them in normal working condition; * Execute activities described in relevant Procedures and Work Instructions applicable to the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Preferred: Completed undergraduate degree in related fields; * Required: Technical course in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering; * Minimum 3 years’ experience in Industrial Maintenance; experience in subassembly maintenance preferred; * Knowledge of welding, boiler-making, machine elements, and industrial lubrication. **Additional Information** **WE HAVE MANY BENEFITS WAITING FOR YOU** **Health insurance plan for employee and dependents** **Dental insurance plan for employee and dependents** **Life insurance** **Private pension program** **Profit-sharing bonus (PLR) tied to performance goals** **Meal allowance or food voucher for daily use** **On-site cafeteria (subject to location)** **Maternity leave of 6 months (Citizen Company Program)** **Paternity leave of 20 days (Citizen Company Program)** **Special Support and Care Program for employees and family members** **Access to a physical activity platform: Wellhub** **Education and language program (per company policy)** We are a young and ambitious company built by people sharing the same vibrant energy and alignment with our growth DNA.
