Support business development for the commercial team and customers by disseminating technical information about specific products. * Collaborate with product engineering, project implementation, operations, and sales to define a differentiated product roadmap, manage and align customer expectations, and develop new systems/products or improve existing ones. * Study regulations according to customer and technological demands. Bring competitor intelligence to the organization, reporting on competitors' activities. * Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Control and Automation, or related fields; * Knowledge of electricity metering, telecommunications, and software; * Understanding of the consumer market; * National and international standards and regulations, as applicable to the operating market; * Communication platforms (RF, Wi\-Sun, PLC, 3G, 4G, LTE, etc); * Network projects; * IT infrastructure (servers, databases, firewalls, etc); * Software used by power utilities (MDC, MDM, GDIS, NMS, Analytics, etc); * System integrations (SAP, Oracle, Scada, etc); * Project management; * Databases; * Cybersecurity
