We achieve all this guided by Ethics, Commitment, Humility, Innovation, and Boldness—and we are seeking an Industrial Coordinator to join our team in Ibiá–MG. **Key requirements:** * Degree in Production Engineering, Food Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or related fields. * Solid experience in industrial operations, preferably within the dairy industry. * In-depth knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, sanitary regulations, MAPA/SIF standards, food safety, and specific legislation. * Proficiency in industrial performance indicators: OEE, productivity, yield, losses, efficiency, waste, and industrial costs. * Experience managing operational teams, leading supervisors, and organizing shift schedules. * Ability to make rapid, well-founded decisions; manage conflicts; and handle crises. * Knowledge of industrial maintenance, utilities, and best practices for factory operations. * Familiarity with ERP systems, production control, data entry, and data analysis. * Systemic vision, strong sense of responsibility, assertive communication, and cross-functional integration skills. * Ability to conduct audits, implement routines, maintain compliance, and ensure productivity. * Willingness to reside in Ibiá–MG. **Main responsibilities:** * Coordinate all industrial unit operations, ensuring productivity, quality, and goal achievement. * Make strategic and operational decisions involving production, quality, maintenance, utilities, safety, and internal logistics. * Plan, organize, and supervise industrial processes to guarantee efficiency, standardization, and sanitary compliance. * Monitor performance indicators (production, yield, losses, OEE, costs) and implement continuous improvement actions. * Ensure compliance with MAPA/SIF regulations and food quality and safety programs. * Lead, develop, and guide production teams, ensuring training, motivation, and operational discipline. * Coordinate appropriate use of machinery, equipment, raw materials, and resources, ensuring availability and performance. * Serve as the primary liaison between production and other departments: Quality, Logistics, Production Planning & Control (PCP), Procurement, Tax, HR, Sales, and Executive Management. * Support and monitor internal and external audits, implementing action plans for non-conformities. * Guarantee traceability, organization, and adherence to GMP standards and legal requirements. * Conduct operational meetings, plan shift schedules, validate production data entries, and ensure efficient workflow across processes. * Implement and sustain a culture of safety, discipline, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the industrial unit.
