Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and profitable daily operations by coordinating logistics, maintenance, inventory, and technical teams to maximize productivity and minimize costs. Team Leadership and Quality Control Responsible for ensuring daily operations run efficiently, safely, and profitably. Acts as a "conductor," coordinating logistics, maintenance, inventory, and technical teams to maximize productivity and minimize costs. * **Fleet and Inventory Management:** Monitor equipment availability (ready for rental), track inventory, and plan asset procurement or decommissioning. * **Equipment Maintenance:** Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance plans to ensure machinery (e.g., platforms, generators, backhoes) remains in optimal operating condition. * **Logistics and Transportation:** Plan and monitor equipment delivery and pickup routing, ensuring on-time fulfillment per customer agreements. * **Team Management:** Lead, train, and scale the operations team, including drivers, maintenance technicians, and warehouse assistants. * **Quality and Safety Control:** Ensure all delivered equipment complies with safety regulations (NRs) and operational standards. * **Commercial Interface and Customer Support:** Negotiate timelines with suppliers, assist with field technical support, and resolve technical issues reported by customers. * **Cost Management:** Control the operational budget, monitor fuel consumption, and optimize maintenance expenses.
