On a day-to-day basis, you will carry out the following activities: * Financial Transactions: Coordinate financial transactions processed at the branch under your responsibility—including cash inflow and outflow control, opening, servicing, and closing of the cash drawer, bank withdrawals and deposits, receipt and remittance of funds, and other similar operations—to ensure effective branch-level financial control. * Indicator Monitoring: Manage performance indicators, reporting information to the Branch Manager and sharing it with the team to support monitoring of branch results. * Delinquency Collection: Monitor and support collection efforts for delinquent accounts, and arrange legal proceedings when necessary—ensuring member financial health, safeguarding the cooperative’s financial stability, and implementing measures to resolve such situations. * Internal Controls: Monitor and manage branch expenses and internal controls to ensure operational security and guarantee collection of receivables from product and service portfolios. Implement required processes to drive continuous improvement of activities, addressing findings and action plans outlined in audit reports and internal control assessments. * Member Service: Provide service to members and other stakeholders, as needed and regarding matters within your area of responsibility, to ensure high-quality service delivery. * Channel Management: Monitor the efficiency of the branch’s service channels to enhance effectiveness and improve service delivery for members. * People and Culture: Develop the team through periodic formal and informal evaluations; foster development of behavioral and technical competencies essential for individual and collective growth; identify and enable training initiatives.
