At Sicredi, you will find a diverse environment with respect and empathy. **Responsibilities and duties** * Advise the cooperative, branches, and law firms, adopting systemic strategies and guidelines. Regularly update the cooperative's management on judicial and administrative processes, aiming to provide information to monitor legal risks, possible corrective actions, audits, and combined balance. Guide managers on issues related to labor, civil, and tax matters (advisory and litigation), ensuring they follow existing service procedures. Act as legal representative, manage the cooperative's processes, labor cases, and support branches. Represent the Cooperative in labor hearings as a legal representative, performing activities ethically and in compliance with current regulations before judges, lawyers, and other participants of the Labor Justice system. Analyze lawsuits filed against the Cooperative; * Lead the process of contracting law firms under the local model, according to systemically defined standards. Support accredited law firms and the CAS legal department in handling the Cooperative's judicial and administrative proceedings by providing necessary documents and information. Ensure that law firms using the local model enter procedural information into the legal system, enabling effective case management; * Respond to official letters from professional associations, judicial and extrajudicial entities regarding judicial seizures, Bacen Jud, INSS, and those received from police stations and Procon, within the scope of the Cooperative (when there is no centralized service); * Inform law firms about the discount framework established by the cooperative, along with the required information and documents needed for judicial processes. Monitor the progress of judicial collections with law firms to provide support when necessary. Assist in settlement campaigns to clear debts during credit recovery efforts, aiming to minimize the cooperative's losses. Serve as the legal responsible person for auctions of the Cooperative's assets; * Provide legal guidance to managers in the procurement of goods and services, based on directives from Central offices.
