At Sicredi, you will find a diverse environment rooted in respect and empathy. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Advise branch professionals on business development for products and services under your responsibility, identifying opportunities and aiming to achieve established targets. Identify business opportunities and promote their execution, following strategic guidelines and local opportunity assessments to boost the Cooperative’s results; * Develop action plans to attract financial resources for the Cooperative, aligned with local strategy, aiming to increase portfolios and the Cooperative’s liquidity; * Act as a knowledge multiplier, facilitating technical and business training to qualify branch business employees so they achieve business results and set targets; * Contribute to the annual assessment of branch training needs, aiming to develop employees through Corporate Education initiatives and business outcomes; * Encourage branch business professionals to act as financial consultants for members, aiming to qualify employees to achieve business results, contribute to members’ financial health, and foster a more prosperous society; * Conduct visits—jointly with branch portfolio managers—to members with potential for closing deals or resource attraction. Promote and participate in member events to strengthen member relationships; * Research the market potential in areas where branches operate, enabling identification of business opportunities. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of features and attributes of P\&S offerings from major regional competitors and Sicredi; * Support branches in larger-scale or more complex business operations requiring differentiated approaches, acting per technical guidance from the Regional Development Manager, Business Director, and/or Executive Director, aiming to fulfill branch planning and performance goals; * Monitor branch performance indicators for portfolios under your responsibility and suggest commercial actions to meet planned objectives, aiming to improve productivity and achieve targets, while also providing business leadership at the Cooperative with analytical insights supporting decision-making; * Develop, lead, or coordinate Investment Prospecting actions or strategies, adopting a dynamic approach focused on meeting members’ needs. Monitor and support branches regarding business development, providing data and reports. Train employees to act as financial consultants by delivering technical and business training on investment products. Safeguard the Cooperative’s liquidity and ensure balanced funding sources.
