Backend Development (.NET)** * Develop APIs, services, and features using .NET Core / .NET 9\. * Implement business rules, validations, and security policies. * Create integrations with internal and external systems via REST/JSON. * Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability. * Build structured logs and service monitoring. **2\. Frontend Development (React)** * Develop responsive interfaces using React. * Integrate frontend with APIs, ensuring consistency and proper communication. * Apply visual standardization, UX/UI best practices, and component reuse. * Maintain clean, organized code aligned with team standards. **3\.
