Dynamic environment focused on organization and safety. **Workshop Assistant** **Summary:** Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for light vehicles and heavy mining equipment. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance by preparing tools, parts, and materials to support mechanics. * Support assembly and disassembly of simple mechanical components according to technical instructions. * Perform cleaning, organization, and maintenance of the workshop and maintenance bays. * Support refueling of vehicles and equipment with oil, grease, and fluids. * Transport parts, tools, and materials between warehouse, yard, and workshop. * Inspect commonly used tools and equipment, reporting replenishment needs. * Support service documentation and completion of maintenance orders. * Perform proper segregation and disposal of waste in accordance with environmental and safety regulations. * Carry out other related tasks as directed by supervisor. **Education:** * Completed Elementary School **Experience:** * Previous experience in workshop mechanical support or fleet maintenance activities; **Technical Competencies:** * Basic knowledge of automotive or heavy machinery mechanics. * Knowledge of use and maintenance of hand and pneumatic tools. * Understanding of lubrication, oil changes, and technical cleaning. * Workshop material organization and control. * Basic knowledge of safety and environmental practices. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Attention and diligence * Organization * Responsibility * Collaboration * Discipline * Proactivity **Mandatory:** Driver's License Category B Join our team: visit our job page Grupo Sollo and apply!
