Analytical, focused, and results-oriented profile **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Prior experience with operational routines and interactions across multidisciplinary areas; Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); Analytical, focused, and results-oriented profile. **Responsibilities:** Respond to immediate requests from commercial, customer, and operations teams; Perform triaging and classification of demands for analysts; Log incidents, track tickets, and maintain up-to-date status; Execute low-complexity operational adjustments (registrations, authorizations, simple updates); Monitor daily critical routines and identify failures; Support testing in staging and production environments; Document processes and maintain an updated knowledge base.
