After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor commercial KPIs to ensure achievement of established targets and balance of product mix per customer, analyzing performance, stock levels, and directing corrective actions when necessary. * Strengthen relationships with the customer base; act as a liaison between internal departments; identify new business opportunities; and manage the entire order flow, billing, and deliveries. * Ensure continuous updates of product registrations and information in customers’ systems. * Structure and organize the routine of field visits, prioritizing effectiveness in commercial interactions. * Execute the daily field activity plan, implement initiatives at the point of sale, and gather information to validate execution of defined strategies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Sales Management, or related fields; * Proficiency in Excel; * Driver’s license, Category B. **Worth Mentioning:** Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Additional Information** **Here’s What We Offer:** **Our Benefits – Caring for You at Every Stage of Life** At Ypê, we believe our people deserve well-being, security, and genuine growth opportunities.
