If this describes you and you share our passion for energy, we would be happy to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Job Mission:** Supervise the team(s) within your area of responsibility, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, internal processes, and proposing improvements in alignment with the Maintenance Project Manager, Engineering, Health and Safety, and other administrative and support areas, in order to guarantee the highest quality in service delivery. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, supervise, and guide team activities to ensure safety, work quality, meeting deadlines, goals, and established indicators, as well as identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes; * Be responsible for executing maintenance plans for assets, carried out by in-house or outsourced teams, complying with and enforcing internal procedures. Identify deviations and implement necessary actions for compliance, sizing required resources, and keeping the Maintenance Management System updated with information resulting from service execution, in order to ensure operational availability of assets; * Monitor the commissioning and acceptance process of new equipment, coordinating team efforts while observing adherence to the work plan, aiming for operational start-up approval; * Be responsible for developing and managing action plans to execute service requests recorded in the Maintenance Management System, monitoring resolutions and updating their status, in order to resolve anomalies identified during O&M routines; * Be responsible for ensuring proper use and care of tools and maintenance instruments at the facilities, aiming to maintain safety and protect company assets; * Supervise emergency responses, performing and guiding the team in conducting special inspections at facilities, locating and identifying causes of automatic shutdowns, and informing management of incidents, aiming to restore equipment operation as quickly as possible; * Be responsible for receiving materials and equipment, controlling, organizing, cleaning, and properly maintaining spare parts, complying with and enforcing established procedures, implementing storage condition improvements, aiming to keep inventory in optimal condition for use; * Operate company vehicles, complying with traffic laws and fleet policies, ensuring safety, protecting company assets, and upholding the image of COTESA and the client; * Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal procedures, keeping safety documentation up to date, supervising correct usage and maintenance of PPE and engineering controls, proactively monitoring activities, identifying risk situations, and proposing control measures to SESMT, in order to safeguard health and safety of team members; * Be responsible for preparing monthly and technical reports, following and guiding the team to adhere to engineering-established standards, in order to meet contractual deadlines and legal requirements; * Provide technical information related to equipment and system failures and performance, reporting specific details, to support analysis by engineering specialists; * Be responsible for acknowledging operational events during working hours when notified by Operations (such as automatic shutdowns, system oscillations, high-severity alarms, among others), taking locally requested actions to ensure maximum asset availability; * Supervise local operations and occasionally perform them at remotely controlled facilities during loss of remote operation, following grid procedures, operational routines, and local operation instructions, aiming to ensure maximum asset availability; * Be responsible for maintaining civil infrastructure, ensuring good conditions for proper development of activities; * Be responsible for receiving and supporting visits and audits from external agencies, as directed by immediate supervisor, fulfilling requests and presenting documents to demonstrate compliance with legal requirements according to established regulations; * Manage local administrative, financial, and accounting operations (cash), complying with financial administrative procedures, issuing reports of inflows and outflows supported by invoices, in order to meet local demands and maintain adequate levels of available financial resources; * Be responsible for fostering good relationships between accessing agents, aiming to comply with operational agreements and facility sharing arrangements, promoting maximum cooperation between parties; * Ensure good relationships with landowners and asset owners, reporting to the contract manager any eventual embargoes or outstanding land-related requests, ensuring free access for service execution; * Promote positive relations with the client's local team, aligning service demands arising from client requests with internal demands; * Ensure compliance with environmental requirements, supervising and guiding the team to meet current environmental legislation and programs derived from project licensing; * Contribute to the development and implementation of Contingency Plans and/or Emergency Response Plans and/or Dam Safety Plans, following internal procedures, identifying deviations, implementing necessary actions, and allocating required resources to ensure operational functionality and safety of personnel and facilities; * Contribute to drafting technical specifications, following internal procedures, to procure specialized services; * Monitor area indicators, identifying weaknesses and discrepancies, proposing corrective actions and reviewing periodic reports, aiming to improve area processes and support strategic decision-making; * Contribute to the preparation and review of the annual budget by evaluating area data, tracking and forecasting annual expenses/costs, suggesting adjustments, aiming to meet planned objectives and optimize company resources; * Be responsible for team people management, conducting regular meetings, monitoring performance, providing feedback, identifying development needs, and sharing knowledge, to ensure goal achievement, promote team training, foster positive interpersonal relationships, and continuously improve workplace morale; * Cooperate with other company departments, disseminating knowledge and experiences, enriching discussions and projects, to ensure business consolidation and improvement; * Provide support and perform other related professional duties inherent to the position, as directed or requested by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electronics, or related fields, or Bachelor's degree; * Valid driver's license category B; * Active registration with the professional council; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience in Small Hydro Power Plant (PCH) or Large Hydroelectric Power Plant (UHE) maintenance. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of EquipMaint Maintenance Management Software;
