SCHEDULING VISITS: Presents services and schedules commercial visits. CLIENT MONITORING: Supports the mid-level and senior team in monitoring the customer journey. SUPPORT ORIENTATION: Directs customers to support channels. CRM UPDATES: Updates the CRM with leads and sales status. INSTALLATION FEEDBACK: Collects basic feedback regarding initial installation. **Requirements and Qualifications** Initial experience (6 to 12 months) in external sales, corporate customer service, or business client support will be an advantage. Experience in prospecting corporate clients (PJ) is desirable but not mandatory. Basic knowledge of broadband internet services, fiber optics, and digital solutions. Proficiency in Office suite (especially Excel) and CRM systems. Basic understanding of consultative selling and negotiation techniques.
