**Responsibilities and Duties**
As a **Toy Monitor** at **Grupo FIT**, you will be responsible for supervising, guiding, and ensuring children’s safety in the play area—providing moments of fun, learning, and peace of mind for caregivers. Your role is essential to creating a **safe, welcoming, and well-organized** environment aligned with Grupo FIT’s excellence standards.
**Execution and Standards**
* Welcome and supervise children in the play area, guaranteeing a safe and enjoyable experience.
* Promote fun and educational activities that encourage interaction and child development.
* Ensure all activities comply with **safety and hygiene protocols**, respecting the specific needs of each age group.
* Continuously observe children’s behavior, safeguarding their well-being and physical integrity while using toys.
**Workflow and Organization**
* Organize toys and materials in a **safe and accessible** manner, maintaining an attractive and functional environment.
* Plan the usage flow of toys and the recreation area, ensuring all children have **adequate time and space** to play.
* Maintain **cleanliness and upkeep** of the space, toys, and equipment before, during, and after shifts.
* Communicate **clearly and proactively** with parents and guardians regarding any needs or incidents occurring during service.
**Pace, Communication, and Collaboration**
* Maintain **strong alignment with the Grupo FIT team**, ensuring an integrated and welcoming experience for families and customers.
* Work with **discipline, patience, and attention to detail**, supporting colleagues and promoting teamwork.
* Demonstrate **empathy, courtesy, and clear communication** with children and caregivers.
* Strictly adhere to all internal **safety, hygiene, and child well-being protocols**.
**Requirements and Qualifications**

* **Preferred Experience:** Prior experience working with children in schools, recreation programs, events, or dedicated children’s spaces.

**Salary:** R$1,978.00
**Benefits:** Transportation allowance + on-site meal + tips
**Schedule:** 6 days on / 1 day off per week (1 weekly day off + 1 Sunday per month).
**Available Shifts:**
* **Afternoon Shift:** 9:00 AM – 5:20 PM
