Administration and monitoring of IT systems An Information Technology Services company is seeking an IT Infrastructure Analyst in Curitiba. **Responsibilities:** Install, configure, and maintain computers and peripherals. Provide remote and on-site technical support to users. Manage IT asset inventory. Install, update, and monitor IT systems and platforms. Diagnose and resolve technical failures in equipment and systems. Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Configure and monitor VLANs, IP addressing, and network security. Administer and monitor CCTV systems. Ensure information security practices aligned with LGPD. Document activities and maintain up-to-date technical records. Previous experience as a Technical Support Analyst, Network Analyst, Systems Analyst, or IT Infrastructure Specialist may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
