Does this opportunity align with you? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Structure and implement the strategic and operational model of Innovation Centers (governance, goals, indicators, and processes); * Define and execute strategies for securing public and private funding to ensure the sustainability of the Centers; * Lead the development of the R&D&I project portfolio, aligned with priority areas and market demands; * Engage in coordination with companies, ICTs, funding agencies, and national and international strategic partners; * Coordinate technical teams, project managers, and specialists, promoting high performance and multidisciplinary integration; * Develop and monitor performance indicators (funding acquisition, execution, technological impact, technology transfer); * Represent the Centers institutionally in strategic forums, events, and institutional agendas; * Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to intellectual property guidelines, compliance standards, and funding instruments; * Support the creation of new Centers and structuring initiatives in strategic areas; * Contribute to strengthening the NIT/Hotmilk’s positioning as a national reference in innovation and R&D&I. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need to succeed in this role:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Economics, Innovation Management, or related fields; * Proven experience managing R&D&I environments, innovation centers, technology hubs, or ICTs; * Proven experience structuring new technological and innovative products and services; * Experience securing and managing funds from agencies such as FINEP, EMBRAPII, CNPq, BNDES, FAPs, Incentive Laws, and others; * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams; * Knowledge of business modeling for innovation and financial sustainability of technology centers; * Institutional coordination and executive-level negotiation skills; * Advanced or fluent English. * Proven experience developing and submitting R&D&I projects to funding agencies; * Excellent written communication and technical synthesis skills; * Organization, autonomy, and results orientation. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience structuring Innovation Centers or EMBRAPII Units; * Experience in university-industry cooperative projects; * Postgraduate degree, Master’s, or Doctorate; * Experience in internationalizing projects and establishing global partnerships; * Knowledge of innovative financing instruments (blended finance, technological procurement, economic subsidies). * Strategic vision and results orientation; * Inspirational leadership and mobilization capacity; * Strong institutional coordination ability; * Data- and indicator-driven decision-making; * Proactivity, resilience, and impact focus; * Ability to manage complex, high-responsibility environments. **Additional Information** **What you’ll find here:** * Unimed Health Plan: With co-payment, providing medical coverage and access to a high-quality accredited network * OdontoPrev Dental Plan: Nationwide coverage, with monthly premiums deducted from payroll * Education Incentive: Valuing professional and personal development of employees, with incentives for specialization, extension courses, languages, and postgraduate studies at PUCPR * Meals at Bistrô Marista: We provide meals on-site on workdays, with a symbolic payroll deduction * Quality of Life Program * Private Pension Plan * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Free Parking * Wellhub (formerly Gympass): Access to various gyms with monthly premium deductions from payroll * Zenklub: Access to telehealth sessions with mental health specialists, including two free consultations per month * Programa Conte Comigo (Count on Me Program): Multidisciplinary team available for social support, legal guidance (excluding labor-related matters), financial and pension consulting * Benefits Club: Partnerships with companies across multiple sectors, offering special discounts on services and products **Salary:** Our salary proposal is built based on several factors.
