Provide technical leadership throughout the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC). Collaborate with global teams to create secure, scalable, and user-centric solutions. Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Translate business requirements into technical tasks and clear documentation. Support agile methodologies and maintain up-to-date management systems (Azure DevOps). **Qualifications** Experience with object-oriented development in Java, Spring, and SQL. Familiarity with C\# .NET and Python is preferred. Experience with Angular and agile methodologies. Familiarity with version control tools (Git, GitLab) and IDEs such as IntelliJ. Fluent English (daily communication with international teams). Bachelor’s degree in IT-related fields. Preferred Qualifications: Oracle Java Certification. SAFe or Agile Certification. Knowledge of UI/UX. Experience in logistics or freight forwarding. **Additional Information** 100% on-site work model at our São Paulo or Campinas office.
