We work with agile teams, DevOps, continuous integration, automated deployment and testing — all consistently aligned with a modern cloud architecture. We value a meritocratic culture, with a versatile team possessing an owner's mindset, ambitious vision, and passion for learning and teaching. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop solutions for credit portfolio management; * Implement our Credit System across BTG Pactual’s various locations; * Develop new credit market products and controls. **What We Expect From You (Mandatory):** * Proficiency in object-oriented programming and design patterns (GOF); * Interest and aptitude for working in a dynamic environment; * Interest in the financial market, including market operations, financial products, and finance theory; * Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; * Willingness to learn new programming languages and technologies, focusing on selecting the best tool for each problem and valuing continuous learning; * Proficiency in C\# and .NET Core; * Knowledge of databases; * Ability to integrate systems. **Desirable (Plus):** * Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases; * Frontend knowledge with React; * Experience with messaging systems such as AWS SQS/SNS, RabbitMQ, and IBM MQ; * Availability to work onsite or in a hybrid model (3 days per week) at the Faria Lima office in São Paulo.
