A professional to monitor and maintain Data Center operations, supervise the environment, ensure proper functioning of equipment, and provide technical support.

**Data Center Operator \- 12x36 (2 positions)**
Location: Campinas/SP
Shift: 12x36 \- Day or Night
Employment Type: PJ (up to 60 days, followed by internalization to CLT).
**Responsibilities and Duties:**
* Monitor the Data Center, supervise the environment, and ensure all servers, storage systems, switches, and other equipment operate within normal parameters.
* Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of servers, storage systems, switches, and other IT assets.
* Record incidents, document and report failures or occurrences in the environment, following established procedures and workflows for handling and resolution.
* Provide basic technical support to internal users or customers, focusing on resolving simple connectivity, access, and system functionality issues.
* Manage physical access control to the data center, ensuring only duly authorized personnel enter the facility.
* Monitor, respond to, and manage the ticket queue; prioritize and route requests based on criticality, urgency, and impact on the environment.
* Provide continuous monitoring and support for the data center environment, ensuring stable and uninterrupted operations.
* Perform daily operational routines, conduct system integrity checks, generate status reports, and support scheduled maintenance.
**Required Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree completed in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Processing, Information Systems, or Network Administration;
* Experience with structured copper cabling (CAT 5e, CAT6, CAT6A);
* Experience with optical cabling (OM3, OM4) and asset management;
* Experience with facilities operations and performance indicator management;
* Knowledge of cooling systems and electrical infrastructure;
* Experience with capacity planning and occupancy planning;
* Knowledge of IT governance and standards TIA 942, ISO 20000, and ISO 27001;
* Proficiency in MS Office suite;
* Availability to work rotating shifts;
* Experience with backup media storage and management, including offsite processes.
**Desirable Qualifications:**
* Experience with Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tools and incident management tools;
* Proficiency in MS Office and ITIL V3 framework for IT services, with hands-on experience in incident management processes.
