If you identify with this position, come join our team! **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?** We are seeking a **Tech Lead \| Java/AWS** to lead strategic squads in **EDI** payment projects. You will be responsible for defining and evolving modular architectures, promoting best practices, ensuring delivery quality, and serving as a technical reference for the team—with a focus on scalability, observability, and system integration. **ATTENTION:** This is a hybrid role; therefore, availability to attend the client’s office located in the **Av. Paulista area, São Paulo/SP**, **1–2 times per week**, is required. **WHAT WILL THIS PROFESSIONAL DO?** * Lead squads composed of developers and QAs, providing technical guidance and promoting best practices. * Define and evolve **modular architecture** and domain modeling (**Domain Driven Design**). * Ensure continuous improvement of **observability**, deployment quality, and pipeline standardization. * Positively influence development culture by promoting **automated testing** and clear documentation. * Build and optimize **CI/CD pipelines** in GitLab. * Implement **DevOps** and security practices (**SAST/DAST**). * Work on **system integration** and use of **Kafka**. **WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?** * Solid experience with **Java**, **Spring**, and **Oracle (PL/SQL)**. * Proficiency in **modular architecture**, **Domain Driven Design**, and monorepos/modular monoliths. * Hands-on experience with **AWS**, observability, and **CI/CD**. * Experience with quality and security tools (**SonarQube**, **Fortify** – SAST/DAST). * Knowledge of **Kafka** and system integration. * Availability to work **hybrid in São Paulo/SP (Av.
