The professional will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust and scalable APIs, integrating legacy systems and supporting evolution within microservices architectures. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain backend applications using .NET (C#). * Design, build, and consume RESTful APIs with a focus on performance, standardization, and maintainability. * Perform data modeling and manipulation in Oracle databases, including SQL and PL/SQL as required. * Ensure quality and stability through unit testing using xUnit and sound engineering practices. * Actively participate in code reviews, contributing improvements to design, readability, testing, and adherence to standards. * Work with Git and Azure DevOps for version control, pull requests, and pipeline support. * Support the evolution toward microservices architecture by contributing to integrations and service best practices. * Demonstrate technical leadership daily—supporting colleagues, unblocking issues, and contributing to technical project decisions. Mandatory Requirements * Minimum 5 years of proven experience in .NET development. * Solid knowledge of C# and REST API development. * Experience with Razor frontend development and JavaScript (maintenance and enhancements). * Experience with Oracle database (SQL, PL/SQL, data modeling). * Hands-on experience with version control: Git and Azure DevOps. * Practical experience with automated testing using xUnit. * Familiarity and active use of GitHub Copilot as a development aid. * Applied understanding of fundamental Microservices concepts. * Knowledge and application of SOLID principles. * Basic knowledge of Docker and containerization. Desirable Qualifications (Nice-to-Have) * Knowledge of Redis for distributed caching. * Familiarity with the CQRS pattern (concepts and specific applications). * Use of Insomnia for API testing. * Familiarity with agile tools and methodologies such as Scrum and JIRA. * Experience with Blazor frontend development (maintenance and enhancements).
